Comments: The Great Forest Park Balloon Race is held annualy in Forest Park, a park sitting in the middle of suburban St. Louis. It is the only balloon race in the world to actually start within the middle of a major metropolitan city.
Forest Park itself is a wonderful park - golf courses, tennis courts, natural walkways, running paths, Art and History Museum, The Jewel Box and much, nuch more.
